Process Service

Routine service - will be attempted within four business days

Expedited service - will be attempted within two business days.

Next day service - will be attempted the day after service is ordered.

Next day orders must be submitted by 9pm EST the day prior, otherwise service will be carried out as expedited service.

Beacon Process will file the return of service with the court so you don’t have to.

Our fee is contingent upon completing service, therefore you will not be billed on the rare occasion that service is incomplete.

There is an additional fee of $0.05 per page for any documents exceeding 50 pages.
